Sam Greenwood spent last season on loan at Preston and only has a year left on his contract at Leeds this summer.
He has never been part of Daniel Farke’s plans, and the 23-year-old has been expected to seal a permanent exit from Leeds in the ongoing transfer window.
It emerged on Tuesday that Leeds have an agreement in place to sell the forward to Polish side Pogon Szczecin on a permanent deal this summer.
The Whites are set to receive a fee of £3.46m, and according to journalist Pete O’Rourke, the forward is in Poland for a medical.
Greenwood is undergoing his medical checks ahead of joining Polish side Pogon Szczecin on a long-term contract before the end of the transfer window.
He scored just once in 35 senior appearances for Leeds and is now set to finalise his permanent exit from Elland Road this summer.
