Manchester United are set to kick-off their Carabao Cup charge against League Two opposition tonight.
Grimsby Town welcome United to Blundell Park for an eye-catching second round tie which has been chosen for TV coverage across the board. Grimsby will, naturally, be dreaming about a monumental upset, while United have hopes of winning the competition, once again, after reigning supreme at Wembley in 2022/2023.
Ruben Amorim's side have picked up one point in their opening two Premier League games this season. Down in League Two, meanwhile, David Artell's Grimsby are flying high, unbeaten with 11 points from five matches.

United are due to play Grimsby on Wednesday, August 27. Kick-off at Blundell Park is inked-in for 8pm.

Carabao Cup broadcasting rights are, once again, held by Sky Sports this season. Sky Sports will show tonight's match live on Sky Sports Football, Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports UHDR, with the coverage and build-up starting from 7pm, an hour before kick-off.
Alternatively, you can watch the game for FREE on terrestrial TV - with ITV 1 getting things going at 7.30pm.
