Casemiro responds to Al Nassr transfer approach, Man Utd veteran has clear objective ahead of 2026 World Cup

Casemiro has no intention of leaving Manchester United for the Saudi Pro League this summer.

It has been a busy summer transfer window for Manchester United in terms of incomings.

Ruben Amorim has seen four new signings arrive at Old Trafford, including Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha and Diego Leon.

However, United have yet to get rid of their outcasts, who have all been kept away from the first team since the summer. The only outcast to find a new club was Marcus Rashford, after joining Barcelona on loan until the end of the season.

Other United players seeking a move before deadline day are Antony, Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia.

Meanwhile, it is understood that most players at United have a price, with Ineos eager to generate funds for new signings.

Time is running out for deals to be completed as the transfer window shuts on Monday.

The 33-year-old remains a starter under Amorim, although it is no secret that his best years are behind him.

Casemiro turned things around at Old Trafford last season by improving his form and becoming a key player under Amorim, especially in the latter stages of the Europa League.

The Brazil international, who was called up to Carlo Ancelotti’s latest national team squad, has started the first two Premier League games of the season against Arsenal and Fulham.

It has now been revealed that Casemiro does not intend to leave United this summer because he has one year left to run on his contract.

According to GOAL, Casemiro turned down a summer move to Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr as he wanted to stay at United.

The Brazilian’s contract at Old Trafford expires in 2026, and he may consider a move to Saudi Arabia after the World Cup.

Three years since Casemiro signed for Manchester United, he's loving the club more every day.

Man Utd players targeted by Saudi Pro League clubs

Multiple United players have attracted interest from Saudi Pro League clubs this summer.

Bruno Fernandes turned down Al Hilal at the beginning of the transfer window.

Al Nassr later made a failed attempt to sign Fernandes, with the United captain set to remain at Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, Antony, Garnacho and Malacia have been subjected to interest from Saudi Arabia.
