Medical booked as Leeds United give green light for transfer deal

Leeds United have done a lot of business in the past few weeks. After slowing down on bringing in some new faces, the Whites have now brought in three new players.

James Justin arrived on Monday, becoming the 10th arrival of the transfer window. Noah Okafor and Dominic Calvert-Lewin had arrived as reinforcements for the attack before that. With the transfer window closing in less than a week, Daniel Farke has hinted that there may be a few more arrivals at Elland Road.

On the departures side, some deals have now accelerated. After a quiet start to the window, Leeds are now actively involved in moving on some players. Sam Greenwood today sealed a £3.5million deal to Poland – netting the club a bit of a financial boost.

Another deal that could take place this week, is Largie Ramazani to Valencia. The winger is now set to complete the deal after back and forth between both clubs over a buy option clause. That was what delayed negotiations for these past few days. Sacha Tavolieri is now reporting that a medical has been booked, with Ramazani set to finalize the details over a move.

From the start of the week, Valencia have been pushing to resolve the transfer before Friday. Head Coach Carlos Coberan wants the Belgian with the squad in time to play the game on Friday night.

Did Daniel Farke make the right choice?

It was reported that the club felt Ramazani was not needed when Noah Okafor joined. But even before that, the winger barely had playing time last season. It looked like Farke was just not a fan of the player despite some exciting cameos off the bench. Loaning him out while keeping Jack Harrison and Brenden Aaronson will definitely not go down well with the rest of the fanbase.
