Breitling has unveiled a new collaboration with the NFL, introducing special editions of its Chronomat Automatic GMT 40 and Endurance Pro watches. The launch follows a multi-year global partnership that names Breitling the official timepiece partner of the National Football League.
The Chronomat has long been a cornerstone of Breitling’s catalogue. First launched in 1941, it pioneered the logarithmic slide-rule bezel, initially aimed at scientists and mathematicians before being embraced by pilots.

Chronomat Automatic GMT 40 NFL Team Edition – Los Angeles Chargers
In 1969 it was among the first models to house an automatic chronograph movement, while the 1984 relaunch cemented its aviation-ready style with signature rider tabs.
The modern era, from 2009 onwards, has been defined by the in-house calibre B01 and the revival of the Rouleaux bracelet with its distinctive “bullet” links.
