CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns added yet another quarterback on Wednesday, bringing back Bailey Zappe, who spent time here last year and started the team’s Week 18 game in Baltimore.
That means they have four quarterbacks on their active roster and practice squad plus Deshaun Watson on PUP.
