Transfer targets: Piero Hincapie, Alexander Isak and Alejandro Garnacho
The summer transfer window has entered its final stretch with Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United among the clubs still working hard on getting deals over the line ahead of Monday's deadline. The Gunners have been handed a boost in their pursuit of Piero Hincapie, although any move for the Bayer Leverkusen defender hinges on Jakub Kiwior joining Porto.
Liverpool remain keen on breaking the British transfer record to sign Alexander Isak and there appears to be fresh developments on that front amid talk of a £120million bid being prepared. Also on the Premier League champions' radar is Marc Guehi and the Reds are now said to be willing to pay close to Crystal Palace's asking price to land the defender.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are believed to be closing in on a deal for Alejandro Garnacho and have made contact for Barcelona midfielder Fermin Lopez. The latter means the Blues could miss out on Xavi Simons thus leaving the door open for Tottenham to swoop as they plan to make two more signings. Expect plenty of movement at Man Utd as imminent sales could fund a move for a new midfielder. Follow the latest transfer news, gossip and rumours live below!
