Leeds United ‘enter the scene’ for Getafe attacking midfielder Christantus Uche
Christantus Uche has been on Leeds’ radar all summer, and the club have been closely monitoring his situation at Getafe.
However, it seemed that he was on his way to Wolves, who reached an agreement over a deal worth £20m with the Spanish club ahead of the end of the window.
But the deal is now off as Uche, via his agents, has blocked the move as he is not happy with the way the negotiations were handled without his consent.
He has rejected a move to Wolves for both sporting and financial reasons, and according to AS, Leeds are back in the transfer mix for the Getafe attacking midfielder.
The Spanish club remain keen to sell him, and the Whites are among the clubs who are now making a play to sign Uche before the September 1st transfer deadline.
Crystal Palace, Nice and AC Milan are also in the mix for Uche as the clock winds down on the summer transfer window.

Farke remains keen to sign an attacking midfielder before the end of the window, and Uche has emerged as an option in the final days of the window.
