Richmond Times-Dispatch names 804 high school football All-Quarter Century team

How in the world do you compare defensive backs to offensive linemen? Do you only take into account high school production, or should college and professional careers factor in? Can you list a player at a position they went on to play in college or the pros, but didn't play in high school?

What about late bloomers who were perhaps only productive during their seniors seasons, but went on to star in college or the NFL? How might you compare such a player to one who put forth a stellar four-year high school career, then flamed out at the next level?
