Prospect of Saudi Arabia move threatens Leeds United transfer

Leeds United have been busy to start off the last week of the transfer window. The results from the past few days have not been the best for fans of the club.

Losing heavily to Arsenal, and following it up with an embarrassing exit to Sheffield Wednesday in the EFL cup has raised a negative atmosphere around Elland Road. Daniel Farke is still pushing for new signings before the transfer window closes.

El Khannouss has already made it clear to the club that he wants to leave, when the club held talks with Palace.

According to Sacha Tavolieri, the Foxes are turning down offers from clubs, because they feel they can get a bigger fee for the 21-year old from Saudi Pro League clubs.

Leeds lead race to sign Brighton star

If the interest in El Khannouss fails to pan out, the Whites can still try to sign Brighton’s Facundo Buonanotte. The club have told the Argentine that he can leave, and Leeds are reportedly leading the race to sign him. He would be a lovely addition to the team, and could boost the creativity in the side.
