Ramazani expressed his happiness about his imminent loan move to Valencia once he arrived in Spain earlier today.
Valencia were keen to include an option to buy in the loan agreement, but Leeds were never interested in such a mechanism, and the two clubs agreed to a simple loan deal.
However, one key factor was holding up the agreement between the two clubs, and according to Tribuna Deportiva, Leeds ultimately blinked in the negotiations.
Leeds wanted to include a recall clause that would have allowed the club to take Ramazai back to Elland Road if he didn’t play much at Valencia.
However, Valencia were in no mood to have such a clause, and Leeds ultimately decided to compromise and remove the clause in the agreement.
Ramazani is now almost certain to spend the entire season on loan at Valencia, no matter what happens.
Farke wants a new winger to replace Ramazani
Ramazani’s fate was sealed once Leeds signed Noah Okafor from AC Milan last week, and he was left out of the Arsenal squad last weekend.
The Leeds boss was keen to move the winger on as he didn’t trust him enough, and the club ultimately agreed to a compromise to push through his exit.
The manager wants another winger and Leeds are considering several wide players, but he is keen to have a more versatile player who can also play as a number 10.
There is serious speculation that Leeds will now make a move to take Manor Solomon from Tottenham and back to Elland Road in the final days of the window.
