Chelsea seem prepared to let Nicolas Jackson leave the club on loan, but any deal has to be done on their terms.
Following the acquisitions of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap, Jackson has been given permission to leave Chelsea.
The striker has generated a lot of interest from clubs such as Bayern Munich, Aston Villa and Newcastle United.
The Chelsea Chronicle has been told that Jackson has agreed to join Bayern, but a lot still needs to happen before a transfer can be finalised.

Chelsea want obligation to buy and £10m fee included in any loan deal for Nicolas Jackson
A sale would be extremely beneficial to Chelsea as they look to balance the books and avoid further punishment from UEFA for overspending, yet the Blues do seem open to loaning out Jackson.
However, according to talkSPORT, two conditions must be met if the Club World Cup winners are to let the 24-year-old leave on loan.
The outlet states that any loan deal has to include an obligation to buy the player as well as an initial £10m fee.
It is a large loan fee, especially if the club bringing Jackson in are then obliged to sign the Senegal international permanently later down the line.

However, Jackson is a Premier League-proven centre-forward who would still be a very good option for Chelsea if he remains at Stamford Bridge. The Blues will not benefit by handing him to another side for nothing.
With Anthony Gordon suspended and Alexander Isak unavailable, Newcastle fans now want Jackson to be signed. Bayern, though, appear to be the more likely destination for the former Villarreal man.

Bayern Munich director claims Nicolas Jackson ticks all the boxes for German giants
Bayern are looking for a new striker, as they need someone to cover for Harry Kane. For their director of sport Max Eberl, Jackson is the perfect fit for the club.
“If we find a player who’s physically ready, who scores goals, provides assists, and already has experience, then we’d love to bring him in on loan,” Eberl said (via Bundesliga News). “When I read his track record [Jackson], he seems capable of that.”
Time is running out, though, if Bayern are planning to sign Jackson from Chelsea this summer.
