After a wave of doubts emerged on Tuesday over Julio Enciso’s move to the BlueCo network, a new voice from Paraguay is now downplaying talk of a collapse.
Local journalistNelson Rene shared information from his colleague Julio Saza on Tigo Sports, stressing that negotiations between Brighton and BlueCo – who control Strasbourg and Chelsea – are still ongoing.
This comes less than 24 hours after fellow Paraguayan reporter Andrés Rolón had claimed onVersus Radio that the transfer was “stalled” due to unexpected results in Enciso’s medical tests. Rolón went as far as to say he believed BlueCo would not proceed with the signing.
Now, however, Saza insists talks remain alive and the player is still in line for a move to Strasbourg, with Chelsea in his long-term path.
Enciso remains under contract at Brighton until 2026. The winger is waiting on clarity over his future, with conflicting reports in Paraguay showing just how uncertain this deal remains.
