New Packers pass rusher Micah Parsons.

Micah Parsons has already made his feelings clear about the Dallas Cowboys trading him to the Green Bay Packers on Thursday in a blockbuster deal.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Packers traded two first-round picks and veteran defensive tackle Kenny Clark to the Cowboys in exchange for Parsons on Thursday afternoon, agreeing to a four-year, $188 million contract extension in the process that makes the three-time All-Pro pass rusher the NFL’s highest-paid non-QB.

Moments after the news broke, Parsons took to social media to usher in the next era of his career, sharing a 51-second career highlight video along with his six-word reaction.

“Thank you, Dallas ….. GO Pack Go!” Parsons wrote on X after Thursday’s trade, adding a longer statement directed at the Cowboys and their fans in a linked post below it.

The Packers will now have Parsons and former first-round pick Rashan Gary coming off the edge for them on defense, a development that should help improve their pass rush after an inconsistent first season under defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley in 2024.

The Packers will begin the season at home against the Detroit Lions on September 7.
