Eberechi Eze And Noni Madueke To Start; Bukayo Saka Out: Arsenal Predicted Lineup Vs Liverpool

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will know that three points against Liverpool would be a huge shot in the arm for the club’s title hopes this season.

They have not lost at Anfield since the 4-0 defeat in 2021, which is just under 4 years ago, but they have not managed to win there in that time either, with four consecutive draws.

The absence of Bukayo Saka due to a hamstring injury is a blow, but Arteta has plenty of depth this campaign, which means such a setback won’t necessarily damage their chances of getting a win this weekend. Read below as we share our Arsenal predicted lineup for the match.

Goalkeeper and Defence

GK – David Raya – the Gunners may need to call on the Spaniard to make some important saves.

RB – Jurrien Timber – after 2 goals and an assist against Leeds, the fullback will surely keep his place in the starting eleven.

CB – William Saliba – it will be up to the centre-back to keep his fellow Frenchman, Hugo Ekitike, quiet.

CB – Gabriel – the Brazilian will need to support his left-back to ensure Mo Salah does not find gaps in the half spaces.

LB – Riccardo Calafiori – the defender has had an excellent start to the season, although there is a case to be made for selecting Myles Lewis-Skelly, whose pace could help nullify Salah.
