Former Leeds United loan flop Djed Spence and Elliot Anderson have earned their maiden England call-ups, whilst Trent Alexander-Arnold is amongst those notably omitted from Thomas Tuchel's latest squad.
The Euro 2024 runners-up welcome Andorra on September 6 before the Group K pacesetters travel to Belgrade to take on Serbia on September 9 as World Cup qualifying resumes.
Tuchel has selected a 24-man party for the twin fixtures, which sees Nottingham Forest midfielder Anderson included with the senior setup for the first time.
The midfielder shone during England's Under-21 European Championship success this summer, whilst uncapped Tottenham defender Spence also receives recognition. Spence endured a forgettable loan stint at Elland Road during the 2023/24 campaign. His temporary was cut short after less than six months, with Spence only making five starts and two substitute appearances.
Adam Wharton features in Tuchel's selection for the first time, though there's no room for Alexander-Arnold, Kyle Walker, Phil Foden and Ivan Toney.
Jack Grealish and Harry Maguire remain frozen out by the England manager, whilst injury has sidelined Jude Bellingham, Bukayo Saka, Cole Palmer and Levi Colwill.
Recovered John Stones returns for the first time since Tuchel assumed control, despite spending time with the squad in Spain during June's camp whilst continuing his recovery from a thigh problem.

Marcus Rashford, currently on loan at Barcelona, makes his comeback having missed June's matches through injury, but the primary focus centres on debutants like Anderson.
Tuchel told the Football Association: "Elliot Anderson, very physical, a lot of volume, very precise clean passing, it is a good package.
"Tino Livramento is also with us based on these observations because they had a fantastic tournament.
"Elliot was a key player in the tournament, pressed a lot in central midfield, (he's) a regular player for Nottingham Forest, they had a fantastic season and ended the season with a title for the Under-21s.
"He has started the season and I guess he is excited to come and join us and I hope he can make his mark."
