Brighton & Hove Albion head coach Fabian Hurzeler has offered no guarantees over Georginio Rutter's fitness ahead of Sunday's Premier League visit of Manchester City to the Amex Stadium.
The 23-year-old has been absent from both of the Seagulls' last two matches against Everton and Oxford United due to a knock, and Hurzeler admitted in his pre-game press conference that it would be a "close thing" for the attacker this weekend.
While Rutter may have a slim chance of being involved, knee victims Adam Webster, Solly March and Julio Enciso - whose proposed move to Strasbourg recently fell through - will play no part in this one.
Even if Rutter is given the green light to take part, the Frenchman will almost certainly make the bench at best, so the veteran Danny Welbeck can be expected to spearhead the charge with support from Matt O'Riley.
The embryonic Stefanos Tzimas struck twice in the 6-0 EFL Cup battering of Oxford, but Hurzeler will no doubt revert to his strongest possible team here, as Yankuba Minteh and Kaoru Mitoma also return to their regular wide roles.
Further back, there was a welcome start for the evergreen James Milner in midweek, but Carlos Baleba - virtually guaranteed to stay put - and Yasin Ayari should pair up from the first whistle here.
It will be all change in defence too, as Lewis Dunk, Jan Paul van Hecke, Maxim De Cuyper and Mats Wieffer - who has made a league-high 12 tackles so far this season - protect Bart Verbruggen.
Brighton & Hove Albion possible starting lineup:
Verbruggen; Wieffer, Dunk, Van Hecke, De Cuyper; Baleba, Ayari; Minteh, O'Riley, Mitoma; Welbeck
