DAZN is set to bring a selection of NFL games to its subscribers in Spain, beginning with the 2025 season.

Coverage will be delivered via the sports platform’s football and premium tiers, beginning with the season opener between the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles on September 5. The deal includes five key matchups per week throughout the regular season, playoff games and Super Bowl LX. All games will be available with Spanish-language commentary. DAZN users can also choose to subscribe to NFL Game Pass.

Related content includes Game Time, a new seven-hour live broadcast in Spanish inspired by the NFL RedZone, complemented by NFL RedZone availability in English, new programming and original content. One game each week will be made available for free in Spain to anyone who registers in the DAZN app with an email address.

Óscar Vilda, CEO of DAZN Iberia, commented, “American football is one of the fastest-growing sports in Spain. Through this partnership with the NFL, we’re bringing the passion of the game to even more fans while enhancing our content offering—all without increasing subscription costs. This agreement is great news for DAZN, the NFL, and especially for sports fans.”

Gerrit Meier, managing director and head of international at the NFL, added: “We’re thrilled to officially partner with DAZN in Spain, as we look ahead to the 2025 season and the anticipated first-ever regular season game in Madrid in November. Our fan base in the market is growing at pace and our partnership with DAZN will allow fans—both avid and newcomers—broader access to NFL content all season long. This is a significant step for the NFL in Spain, as we prioritize global growth across the league.”

Laura Louisy, director of international business development and media at the NFL, added: “DAZN is a fantastic partner across a variety of our markets around the world, and we’re delighted to officially have them on board as a partner in Spain. As we look ahead to the 2025 NFL Madrid game, providing more access to NFL games and exciting new content formats for our Spanish fans is critical. We look forward to working with DAZN this season and in the seasons ahead as we continue to grow the NFL audience in Spain.”
