Divin Mubama, Ashley Phillips and Tommy Simkin have been called up to the England under-21s squad.

Centre-forward Mubama and centre-back Phillips are both on loan at [Stoke City](http://Mark Robins' verdict on Divin Mubama as Stoke trio win England u21s call-ups) for the season from Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur respectively while keeper Simkin is spending the campaign on loan from Stoke at Leyton Orient.

Mubama's first summons to this level is a reward for his early performances in his first real step up to regular senior football, scoring twice so far as well as a controversial red card in the win at Southampton last weekend. The 19-year-old will come back in the squad for Saturday's match against West Bromwich Albion after serving a one-match ban.

Mark Robins said: "Divin's good, I like him. I think he's a good player to have and I think he's a really good person as well. He's fun to be around for the rest of the team and the players and the staff. He's a really good character.

"I'm pleased with things in general. I think it's ok with heightened senses about where we can improve and maintain that feeling of performances, training sessions and everything that goes with it, meetings this morning and finishing touches that go into a game. It's all really important to get right."
