Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe has refused to close the door on William Oslua leaving St James' Park on loan.
As the Magpies close in on Nick Woltemade from Stuttgart and continue to discuss deals for Jorgen Strand Larsen and Yoane Wissa, the prospect of the Denmark Under-21 star exiting on a temporary deal remains possible.
Osula was linked with Bayer Leverkusen this week with the Bundesliga side eager to bring him to Germany on a season long loan.
But when asked about that prospect today, Howe said: "That’s all for another day.
"Regular football will be something he needs for his own career at some stage, but whether that’s now or in the future, who knows?"

However, with the prospect of two centre-forwards coming in, both of whom will get first team assurances, Osula's situation may not look prosperous despite the ex-Sheff United man netting a goal against Liverpool in the 3-2 defeat.
Although, Howe went on: "I think anything is possible for Will. I wouldn’t want to put any kind of restriction on how he’s viewed.
"We will view him and judge him every day, like we do. He’s made great strides in a year.
"Sometimes, when you’re watching someone every day, and you’re so ingrained in their development, you can forget to see the giant leap that he’s made.
"I think his game is in a much better place. I think there’s more growth to come, naturally, for someone so young.
"But he’s got ability and he’s got a talent, and he does score goals. He’s scored goals regularly in training, and he is quick and he is strong.
"He’s got all the attributes, and there will be a time when he has to play regularly to go to the next step, and he’s probably in that moment now."
