Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford will reunite this season, but it won’t be at Manchester United.
The 2025/26 season is underway, and the transfer window will shut on Monday.
Every club is hoping they’ve done the right business to ensure their team shows an improvement throughout the campaign, especially at Manchester United, after finishing 15th in the Premier League last term.
United have thus far signed four players, including Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, Diego Leon and Benjamin Sesko.
Further arrivals are dependent on outgoings, as players like Antony and Jadon Sancho have been sent into exile by Amorim.
Other outcasts include Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford, but the attacking duo have already secured moves away from Old Trafford.
Rashford joined Barcelona on loan in July after a temporary spell at Aston Villa, whereas Garnacho completed a permanent switch to Chelsea earlier this week.

After losing the Europa League final to Tottenham in May, United have no involvement in the draw.
However, one of the biggest ties involving a Premier League side will see Barcelona travel to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea.
Barcelona will be hoping to add to the happy memories they previously experienced in West London, but the tie will also give Garnacho and Rashford a chance to reunite on the pitch.
The pair had been teammates at Old Trafford, but they’ve both gone their separate ways.
Rashford will be hoping to make his switch permanent at the end of the season, granted he can prove himself in Spain.
Rashford record vs Chelsea
United loanee Rashford will be aiming to build on his record against Chelsea when Barcelona face the Blues this season.
The 27-year-old has made 21 appearances against Chelsea, racking up a total of 11 goal contributions.
Rashford registered two assists in his last game against Chelsea as Aston Villa won 2-0.
