Bayern Munich have agreed a deal to sign Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson on loan, GIVEMESPORT senior reporter Fabrizio Romano has revealed.
The Bundesliga champions will reportedly pay a €15m (£13m) loan fee for the 'unbelievable' 24-year-old forward and will have an option to make Jackson’s move permanent for €80m (£69m).
Jackson is now set to fly to Germany with his agent to finalise the move ahead of Monday’s transfer deadline, putting an end to his lengthy transfer saga.
The Senegalese forward was heavily linked with a Chelsea exit in the past several weeks after the Stamford Bridge side signed both Joao Pedro and Liam Delap.
Jackson dropped down Enzo Maresca’s pecking order following the two striker arrivals and was not even on the bench for Chelsea’s first two games of the Premier League season.
