A Wrexham summer transfer target has now confirmed that he has signed for Cardiff City this week.
Wrexham have signed 10 players during the 2025 summer transfer window so far.
The Dragons have one of the highest spends in the Championship in the current window, though they have recently lost top spot to Southampton after the additions of Middlesbrough ace Finn Azaz and West Brom’s Tom Fellows.
While Phil Parkinson has already made big changes to his team since their promotion from League One, more arrivals could still happen before the September 1 deadline.
Jordan James is wanted by Wrexham as the club looks to add another midfielder to their ranks.
But there is one player who will not be moving to the Racecourse Ground before September 1 is over.

In May, Wrexham were linked with Jack Kingdon ahead of his release from Manchester United.
Kingdon was an award-winning sprinter as a youngster, winning several gold medals at the Bolton United Harriers championships.

Now, two months on from his Manchester United exit, the defender has found a new club in the form of Wrexham’s rivals, Cardiff City.
Kingdon took to Instagram to confirm his move to Wales.
He wrote: “Delighted to join this huge and historic club! Can’t wait to get started.”
Wrexham tried to sign Cardiff City players
While no moves have come to pass, the Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mac-backed side have been linked to several Cardiff players in recent months.
Wrexham were linked with a move for Callum Robinson following the Bluebirds’ relegation to League One.
They have since added four new attackers to their squad, so that move seems unlikely to happen now.
Ollie Tanner and Isaak Davies were linked to Wrexham in May as well, but again, interest appears to have died down.
