Soungoutou Magassa will wear the No27 shirt for West Ham United.
The France U21 international midfielder joined the Hammers on a long-term contract from Ligue 1 club AS Monaco on Friday.
The No27 was sported previously by, among others, a young Rio Ferdinand, Dimitri Payet, Marko Arnautović and most recently Nayef Aguerd.
