Celtic have seen a number of bids rejected this summer.
It’s been the story of the club’s sorry transfer window, with the Hoops now scrambling to get deals over the line before Monday’s 7pm deadline.
Hammarby have rejected two Celtic bids for Sebastian Tounekti, while the Bhoys haven’t yet agreed a price with Anderlecht to sign Kasper Dolberg.
Jakob Breum was a previous target in the window, but Go Ahead Eagles mocked Celtic for the way they conducted transfer negotiations.
But let’s flip the coin – have Celtic turned down any bids from teams trying to buy their players? The answer, reportedly, is yes.

Liverpool bid for Mitchel Frame was rejected by Celtic
Mitchel Frame has signed for Aberdeen from Celtic as the young left-back seeks a better chance of securing first-team football.
Celtic have Kieran Tierney and now Marcelo Saracchi for that position, so there was no clear pathway for Frame.
But it’s now been revealed that Aberdeen beat the likes of Liverpool and Anderlecht for Frame’s signature.
MORE CELTIC STORIES
The Daily Record claim Celtic turned down an offer from the Premier League champions because they could not agree on future payments.
Anderlecht were also said to be seriously interested, but it was the Dons who won out in the end and signed Frame for a fee of £250k.
Aberdeen’s record goalscorer Joe Harper on Frame signing
Celtic have seen yet another young talent depart Lennoxtown for pastures new, and Aberdeen’s record goalscorer Joe Harper thinks the Dons can profit.
Harper – who scored 199 goals for the Pittodrie outfit – lauded the transfer, as he told The Press & Journal: “Aberdeen could have a gem on their hands in Mitchel Frame.
“The Scotland youth international is set to join Aberdeen on a four-year deal after the club agreed a six-figure fee with Celtic – and he’s exactly the type of player the Dons should be targeting.
“Frame is hungry to play and Aberdeen have a problem area needing filled. Add in the need for Scottish players in the squad for Europe and it’s a no-brainer.
“The Dons need someone who can get up and down wing and Frame has the opportunity to show he can be that man.”
