Nottingham Forest make big offer for PSG player – Willing to go higher

Nottingham Forest have made a €30m bid for Paris Saint-Germain winger Lee Kang-In, but the French giants are refusing to let him leave.

That’s [according to L’Equipe](https://www.lequipe.fr/Football/Actualites/Mercato-nottingham-forest-a-fait-une-offre-au-psg-pour-lee-kang-in/1588822), who report that Lee Kang-In is open to leaving PSG before the end of the window in search of regular playing time.

That led Nottingham Forest to make a bid for him, offering €30m, excluding bonuses, in an attempt to convince PSG to sell. The French side, though, have remained firm.

They’ve made it clear for weeks that they do not want the South Korean to depart and are refusing to let him leave.

That’s despite Nottingham Forest’s offer being worth €30m up front and another €30m in potential bonuses. A significant sum for a player who cost PSG €22m to sign from Mallorca two years ago.

PSG refused to even open the door to the offer or negotiations. But, unperturbed, Nottingham Forest are ready to increase their bid in an attempt to make their change their minds.

Fulham, AC Milan and Napoli are also interested I the winger but for now PSG are refusing to do any sort of business or even talk about doing it.
