Man Utd are set to complete a £40m sale in the summer transfer window.
The 21-year-old was spotted in the Stamford Bridge stands ahead of the midday kick-off after he completed his medical on Friday over his proposed move to London.
United have agreed a £40 million deal to sell Garnacho to Chelsea, which also includes a 10% sell-on clause to protect their long-term interest in the player. Because he came through the club's academy system, the entire transfer fee will be recognised as pure profit from a financial perspective.

Garnacho has been free to leave United all summer after he was frozen out by Ruben Amorim after the Europa League final defeat to Tottenham Hotspur. Garnacho was not required to report for pre-season training and made it clear his preference was to move to another Premier League club.
It means Garnacho will go down as the fourth-largest sale in the history of the club, behind the fees received for Cristiano Ronaldo, Romelu Lukaku and Angel di Maria. He will also become the most expensive academy graduate sale, with the fee recognised as pure profit from a financial perspective.
United sources described the transfer agreement as a 'good' and 'pragmatic' solution for a player who has been itching to leave the club all summer. United are also pleased that they were able to finalise a deal worth £40m after Chelsea made an opening bid of just £25m for the player.
