Nottingham Forest host West Ham at the City Ground on Sunday, and Nuno Espirito Santo has identified a mistake he wants fans to avoid during the match.
West Ham and Nottingham Forest have had polar opposite starts to the season. Forest are undefeated in their opening two games; meanwhile, Graham Potter’s side have slumped to two heavy losses.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s team have only conceded two goals, whereas the Hammers have shipped eight in just two games.
It is a fixture that the Garibaldi attackers will no doubt be looking forward to, and it would make sense for any Forest fan to be going into the game with confidence.
Fans will be happy about the referee appointment for West Ham, only furthering their confidence.
The form table shows that Nuno’s side are in a better moment, but he has now asked fans to do one thing at the City Ground on Sunday.

Sitting down with the official Nottingham Forest website, he said, ‘Tough team, tough match; they didn’t start well but you cannot get complacent. Believe me, that would be the worst mistake we could make.’
‘Already I want to address the fans: don’t make this mistake, help us from minute one, and make as much noise as you can. Bring us the energy because we are going to need it.’
West Ham have been busy in the transfer market, and the Irons have confirmed a new signing ahead of Sunday’s clash.
So despite recent results, they will have a stronger squad against Forest.

In recent history, the Tricky Trees have been the better side, winning the last three meetings with the Hammers.
Either way, Graham Potter’s future at West Ham is on the line, and the English coach will no doubt have even more incentive to go to the City Ground and come away with a result.
Hopefully Nuno’s warning does not fall on deaf ears, and that the Garibaldi supporters can help their side pick up all three points.
