Manchester United have suffered an injury blow in the first half of their Premier League clash against Burnley, with Matheus Cunha picking up an apparent hamstring problem.
Cunha has started all four of Man United's matches since his arrival from Wolverhampton Wanderers over the summer, and he was again in the XI for the clash with Burnley at Old Trafford.
However, shortly before an own goal from Josh Cullen had given Man United the lead, Cunha was forced off.
The Brazil international headed straight down the tunnel, and he is now facing a spell on the sidelines.
A scan will be required to determine the extent of the damage, but there is a chance that the forward, who had been bright in the early stages of the game against Burnley, could be facing a number of weeks on the sidelines.

Cunha forced off injured against Burnley
Joshua Zirkzee was introduced as Cunha's replacement, with the Netherlands international receiving his first Premier League minutes of the 2025-26 campaign.
Man United will not be back in action until September 14 against Manchester City, and at this stage, it does seem unlikely that Cunha will be available for that match.
The summer arrival could also be absent for the fixtures against Chelsea and Brentford before the end of September, in addition to the game with Sunderland before the October international break.
Man United will then head to Anfield on October 19 to tackle Liverpool, and their elimination from the EFL Cup means that they will only play league football between now and January.

Mazraoui has handed Man United a major injury boost
There has been some good news on the injury front for Man United, though, with Noussair Mazraoui back on the bench for the contest with Burnley at Old Trafford.
The Morocco international picked up an injury during Man United's opening pre-season game against Leeds United, and he was missing in the early stages of the 2025-26 campaign with a hamstring problem of his own.
However, the versatile defender was named on the bench for the clash with the Clarets.
As a result, Lisandro Martinez is the club's only first-team player currently on the sidelines, although he has now been joined by Cunha, with head coach Ruben Amorim set to address his injury after the match.
