Ramsey enters the fray following his cameo against Liverpool on Monday night, with Sven Botman, Jacob Murphy and Will Osula also coming into the line-up at Elland Road.
That means Harvey Barnes, Anthony Elanga, the injured Joelinton and Anthony Gordon - who is suspended - all miss out on a place in the starting 11 for the clash with the newly-promoted hosts.
Nick Pope continues in goal, with Kieran Trippier, Fabian Schär, Dan Burn and Tino Livramento at the back, supplemented by Dutch defender Botman who makes his first start of the campaign.
Sandro Tonali is passed fit after being withdrawn in the defeat to the champions five days ago, and features in the middle of the park along with skipper Bruno Guimarães.
And former Aston Villa man Ramsey is deployed along with Murphy in support of Osula, who is rewarded with a start after scoring off the bench on Monday.
Jamaal Lascelles is back on the bench along with defenders Malick Thiaw, Emil Krafth and Lewis Hall, while Barnes, Elanga, Lewis Miley and Joe Willock are also named.
Aaron Ramsdale is the substitute goalkeeper.
