Cleveland Browns representation was on hand for Ohio State football’s opener vs. Texas

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s marquee season opener against Texas brought notable celebrities to Ohio Stadium. The matchup also attracted a plethora of NFL representation.

The Cleveland Browns had owner Jimmy Haslam and general manager Andrew Berry in attendance.

In total, 22 teams were credentialed for the event. Other notable NFL figures included Bears general manager Ryan Poles who worked as a graduate assistant at Boston College (2008) when OSU coach Ryan Day was coaching the team’s receivers.

The matchup is filled with future NFL talent, including OSU receiver Jeremiah Smith, OSU safety Caleb Downs, UT quarterback Arch Manning and UT defensive end Colin Simmons.

Arch Manning is the grandson of Archie Manning and the nephew of Peyton and Eli Manning.
