Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim said that he is "really emotional" when asked about his recent comments, with the Red Devils picking up a vital victory over Burnley on Saturday afternoon.
Amorim hinted that he could walk away from his job at Old Trafford following the team's shock defeat to Grimsby Town in the EFL Cup on Wednesday night.
There was severe pressure on the Portuguese heading into Saturday's clash with Burnley, and Man United twice gave up the lead at Old Trafford, with the points looking like they should be shared.
However, Bruno Fernandes' 97th-minute penalty secured all three points for the 20-time English champions, who have now moved up into ninth spot in the Premier League table on four points.
Amorim said that he is "really emotional" when quizzed after the clash with Scott Parker's side.

Amorim's position at Man United has been called into question
"I was frustrated like any Man United fan, we had chances to score more goals, create more chances. Today, the football was fair - we were the better team," Amorim told BBC Sport.
"Some moments are really decisive. Sometimes we were not playing so well, but you can see the effort of everyone on the pitch wanting to win.
"I am always speaking with them to try and improve the team. I am really emotional, and in the last few months you can see why. I am like that, and you like that."
Amorim also insisted that he would always have love for his players if they put in the effort regardless of the result.
"When they put the effort I will always love them. Even when Amad [Diallo] is missing that goal I will love Amad if he is giving the effort. We should go to half-time with a bigger advantage. We try a lot of things to score," he said.

Mbeumo: 'We had to fight every minute'
Man United goalscorer Bryan Mbeumo also said that his side "had to fight every minute" against Burnley, with the team looking to bounce back from the disappointment of their loss to Grimsby.
"Every game is hard and important. We had the game with us in the first half, but we had to fight every minute," the attacker told Premier League Productions.
"I'm very happy, and we win as well - as a striker, it is important to be confident with goals. We are all a team, it is not only one person. We all worked very hard for the win today."
Mbeumo has now scored in back-to-back matches for Man United, having also registered off the bench against Grimsby, with the forward making an impressive start to his career at Old Trafford.
