Daniel Farke is already feeling the pressure that comes with keeping Leeds United in the Premier League.
Leeds United had to settle for a 0-0 draw at home to Newcastle on Saturday evening, albeit maintaining their unbeaten home start to life back in the Premier League.
While on paper it seems like a good result, Newcastle were without several key players at Elland Road, and Leeds certainly didn’t make the most of their possession.
Farke has already made it clear that he wants more attacking reinforcements, and he reiterated that point while making a new point on Leeds’ survival chances.

49ers must listen to Daniel Farke concerns
Leeds are among the favourites for relegation this season, though four points from their first three games showcase the fact that they certainly have a chance of avoiding it.

The summer business at Elland Road has been good, but the lack of quality added in the attacking areas of the pitch has certainly sparked concern.
So much so that Farke opted to utilise Jack Harrison from the bench against Newcastle.
In an interview after the game, as quoted by Beren Cross on X, Farke said “it will be difficult” for Leeds to survive the drop, reiterating the point that attacking signings are made.
“Always hope for transfers,” Farke added.
“We were honest about where we are. Good path. Strengthened defence and midfield. Dominic [Calvert-Lewin] will be good for us.
“Noah [Okafor] was on the bench for an emergency. We need more quality options upfront. Trying to do this.”
Daniel Farke clearly frustrated at lack of transfer movement
It is the third game in a row where Farke has bemoaned the lack of attacking options at his disposal at Leeds, and those concerns will only grow if the 49ers fail to act.
Less than 48 hours remain of the summer transfer window, and it is an absolute necessity that at least one forward player arrives at Elland Road.
Otherwise, Leeds will drop valuable points as a result of their lack of clinical ability in the final third, which will almost certainly come back on Farke.
Dilane Bakwa has been linked with Leeds, alongside several other names, showcasing that it is something that the Whites are working hard to rectify.
