Drafted in the third round (75th overall) by the Seattle Seahawks in the 2012 NFL Draft out of Wisconsin, Russell Wilson quickly established himself as a winner, overcoming height concerns (5-foot-11) to become a dual-threat star.
Over 10 seasons with the Seahawks, he set franchise records in passing yards (37,059), touchdowns (292) and wins (104). His standout 2013 season culminated in a [Super Bowl XLVIII victory](https://www.nfl.com/news/seahawks-crush-broncos-for-first-super-bowl-win-0ap2000000322949) over the Denver Broncos (43-8), throwing for 206 yards and two touchdowns.
In 2014, he led Seattle back to Super Bowl XLIX, this time losing 28-24 to the New England Patriots after a goal-line interception. Wilson topped the league in passer rating (110.1) in 2015 with 4,024 yards and 34 touchdowns. In 2020, he threw a career-high 40 touchdowns.
