Liverpool and Arsenal's Premier League clash has had a late change to the officials.
Michael Salisbury had been set to take up VAR duties for the clash on Sunday afternoon - but he has been dropped by PGMOL ahead of the clash. Salisbury was performing the same role for Chelsea's fixture with Fulham on Saturday lunchtime.
And that game was overshadowed by VAR - which advised the on-field referee to rule out Josh King's strike for the Cottagers. Multiple outlets have now reported that Howard Webb has reached out to apologise to Fulham.
The decision is said not be in line with PGMOL principle of the "referee’s call" and its high bar for intervention, reserved for clear and obvious errors.

King thought he had given his side the lead in the 21st minute at Stamford Bridge on Saturday lunchtime, when he cut inside and curled the ball into the far corner.
However, his celebrations were cut short by referee Rob Jones. Jones was instructed by Salisbury to review footage of Rodrigo Muniz's contact with Trevoh Chalobah during the build-up.
The Premier League match centre's account posted on X: "After VAR review, the referee overturned the original decision of goal to Fulham.
"Referee announcement: 'After review, Fulham number nine commits a careless challenge, stands on the foot of the Chelsea defender, therefore we disallow the goal and we restart with a Chelsea free kick. There would be no further action.'"
