Arsenal will have been gutted to have seen William Saliba go down injured so early on in their defeat to Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.
The Frenchman suffered what looked to be a minor knee injury and was forced off after just five minutes at Anfield.
Mikel Arteta revealed that the 24-year-old sustained the injury during the warm-up, and now the North London club will be left sweating over updates.
Arsenal have already seen Bukayo Saka pick up a hamstring injury, so losing Saliba to an issue would be such a big blow for their title hopes.

William Saliba drops a hint about the severity of his injury vs Liverpool
William Saliba was spotted walking through the mixed zone after the defeat at Anfield and gave a thumbs-up to reporters.
Journalist John Cross asked the defender, “How does it feel?”, to which he suggested that it was not as bad as first feared.
But the Arsenal star was moving rather gingerly towards the exit at Anfield, which might suggest that there could be some damage to his knee.
The 24-year-old will now likely undergo scans in the next 24 hours to determine whether the injury is serious or not.
Meanwhile, Arsenal hope Saka will be back soon to face Nottingham Forest, and now they will be hoping their star defender will be able to play as well.
Arsenal are set to sign Piero Hincapie, which will alleviate some fears if the French international has, in fact, suffered a bad injury.
