NORTH WILDWOOD, N.J. (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia Eagles surprised fans at the shore Sunday by kicking off the first of two bus tours ahead of the home opener against division rivals the Dallas Cowboys.
Fans in North Wildwood, Stone Harbor and Sea Isle City got the opportunity to take photos with the Eagles cheerleaders and Swoop the mascot.
"Oh we're so excited," said Eagles fan Trish Barron.
Former Eagles quarterback A.J Feeley and former Eagles linebacker Ike Reese signed autographs.
"We're down here at the Shore. It's a great time to be a Philadelphia sports fan," Reese said.
The family-friendly event in North Wildwood included free water ice and Eagles memorabilia.
"I want to see Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts," said young fan Colten Deininger.
Turns out Colten has a good arm. He launched his football to the top of bus where two-time Super Bowl Champion Brandon Graham made the catch.
It was a moment that Colten and his brother Landen will remember.
"He signed my jersey," said Landen Deininger.
Colten added, "He signed the football and my jersey."
Action News caught up with Graham for his insights on the upcoming home opener against division rivals the Dallas Cowboys.
Now retired, Graham played for the Eagles for 15 years - that's longer than any player in franchise history.
He also just won a Super Bowl, so he knows a thing or two about what it takes to win.
"I'm still in my feelings a little bit because I want to be with my guys. I'm going to be with them anyway watching the game," Graham said.
The celebration bus continued on from North Wildwood to Stone Harbor and then Sea Isle City with Graham onboard thinking about the guys on the team this season.
"Don't worry about last year," Graham said "Ya'll know what ya'll got to do one day at a time. Baby, let's have fun, let's go do it."
The bus tour will pick up again on Tuesday with Graham, cheerleaders and mascot all in attendance.
The bus tour's schedule is as follows:
11:30 a.m. - Saint Joseph's University, outside the Campion Student Center
12:20 p.m. - Comcast Center Plaza
4:45 p.m. - Conshohocken Business District, Fayette Street between 1st and 2nd avenues
