The consensus on football X community is that the Green Bay Packers won the Micah Parsons trade with the Dallas Cowboys. The defensive end joined the team after he was sent by the Cowboys in exchange for Kenny Clark and two first-round draft picks.

Parsons signed a four-year deal worth $188 million, making him the highest paid non-quarterback in league history.
Cowboys star Dak Prescott did not expect his long-time teammate to get traded. However, he also feels relieved that the contract dispute somehow arrived to a solution before the season starts.
“If nothing had been done, we’d sit here and y’all still would’ve been asking me whether he was playing in a couple days or when he was going to be playing,” Prescott said in an interview with Dallas Morning News.
“That would’ve been a lot more of a headache and distraction than getting a solution to it.”

Prescott said he already reached out to Parsons and wished him good luck.
Dak Prescott on the Micah Parsons trade: “I definitely didn’t think he was going to get traded. But just with the way their negotiations went down, obviously to some extent, hell, y’all were asking me questions, it seemed like it got personal on their ends, so that’s why I wasn’t… pic.twitter.com/znlkzXwbz0

Micah Parsons on Week 4 meeting with Cowboys
Prescott wished Parsons good luck but he surely won’t want him to have a great game like he always does for them by Week 4.
Cowboys and Packers will class on October and it is expected to see some sparks with what just happened between the two teams.
Parsons knows it and he believes his former team is ready. He also believes that they have one of best offense in the league.

“Obviously, Dallas got to do what they got to do to get to Week 4,” he said.
“We got to do what we got to do. I see no easy games. I see the Lions first on Sunday where I got to try to get ready for it. Then, I see a Commanders game on Thursday Night. So, I see two games that got some of the most elite offenses in the NFL before we get to Dallas which I know is another elite offense after seeing them all in camp with CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens.”
