A look at the final spending figures from the Premier League after a very busy summer window.

The summer transfer window has now closed and it was a big summer indeed for the Premier League, with huge signings aplenty. Arsenal did much of their business early in the window, and Liverpool looked to have done the same by spending big on Florian Wirtz, but the Reds smashed their club transfer record on deadline day when they spent £125million on Alexander Isak.

Arsenal and Liverpool led the spending by some way, but there were other big spenders, with Manchester United and Tottenham also bringing in new faces, while there were other big headlines during the window, and on deadline day itself.

Marc Guehi was supposed to end up at Liverpool only for him to have a medical and return to Selhurst Park after Palace failed to find a replacement, and the Eagles also saw a late deal for Manor Solomon collapse.
