Head coach Nick Sirianni and the Eagles might have Pro Bowl guard Landon Dickerson back in the lineup Week 1 vs. the Dallas Cowboys.
Things are trending in the right direction for the Philadelphia Eagles to be betting one of the most important players along the offensive line back, healthy, and in the starting lineup Thursday night against the Dallas Cowboys.
Tuesday, offensive guard Landon Dickerson was a full practice participant, according to the team’s injury report, after the Pro Bowl guard was listed was listed as a non-participant in Monday’s practice due to a back injury.
Before injuring his back, Dickerson had been previously rehabbing from surgery to repair a torn meniscus, so his return to practice is a significant development ahead of Week 1 against the NFC East rival Cowboys.
The 26-year-old Dickerson has been fully cleared to return from his knee injury.
A three-time Pro Bowler, Dickerson is a key piece along one of the NFL’s premier offensive lines.
Here is the Eagles’ full Tuesday injury report:
Did Not practice – QB Tanner McKee (right thumb)
FULL Practice Participant – DT Jalen Carter (shoulder), G Landon Dickerson (back), S Andrew Mukuba (hamstring), OLB Josh Uche (groin)
As the opener approaches, the fact that the Eagles have gotten Carter, Dickerson, and Mukuba back on the practice field is encouraging.
Dallas Cowboys’ CeeDee Lamb Has Big Plans for Eagles Super Bowl Banner Ceremony

Head coach Nick Sirianni has announced that the Eagles will stay in the locker room during the ceremony to raise the franchise’s second Super Bowl banner into the rafters at Lincoln Financial Field.
“I didn’t know it was banner night,” Sirianni told reporters. “We won’t be out for that.”
Sirianni’s decision to keep his team off the field during the banner ceremony is at least partially rooted in motivation for Philadelphia to look forward at the 2025 campaign, and a Super Bowl championship defense rather than resting on the laurels of a championship already won.
At least one Dallas Cowboys playmaker is taking a different tact, using the banner itself as motivation.
“I’m gonna watch it,” Cowboys receiver CeeDee Lamb told reporters. “I’m gonna watch it. Shout out to them for that. I still have brothers over there. It’s not anything personal, it’s something that I’m chasing.”
To date in Lamb’s career, the Cowboys have won just one postseason game, back in 2022, but similarly to Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts making the image of the Kansas City Chiefs’ confetti swirling around him after a Super Bowl loss back in February 2023, Lamb plans on using Philadelphia’s moment to drive him this season.
“Motivation,” Lamb explained. “Motivation.”
