TEMPE — The Arizona Cardinals signed linebacker Jared Bartlett to the practice squad and released offensive lineman Roy Mbaeteka on Tuesday.
Additionally, the team was granted an International Player Pathway Program exemption for defensive lineman Denzel Daxon.
Both players worked out for the Cardinals earlier this week.
With the moves, the Cardinals’ practice squad roster is filled ahead of Week 1’s tilt against the New Orleans Saints.
Bartlett comes over after entering the league as an undrafted rookie out of Cincinnati with the New York Jets.
Following his release from New York, Bartlett spent time with the Green Bay Packers but was among initial 53-man roster cuts.
Bartlett will wear No. 48 for the Cardinals.
Daxon, meanwhile, joins the franchise after a stint with the Dallas Cowboys.
He spent all of 2024 on Dallas’ practice squad and was on the roster this preseason.
The Illinois alum and native of the Bahamas entered the league as an undrafted rookie with Dallas. He moved to the United States in 2016.
