Arsenal completed a deal for Piero Hincapie while Randal Kolo Muani made a loan move to Tottenham Hotspur from Paris Saint-Germain. Fulham, after a quiet window, secured deals for Kevin and Samuel Chukwueze.

Several other deals took place across the Premier League to end a window of unprecedented spending.
