Marcell Washington scored his first goal for Arsenal U21s against his former club but Max Porter’s side still suffered a 2-1 defeat away to Chelsea today.

Arsenal were without two key players in Max Dowman and Marli Salmon, while goalkeeper Tommy Setford, who is part of the first-team squad, was called upon.

16-year-old Callan Hamill received another callup at this level as he was named on the bench.
