Manchester United have always invested in youth, and Filling may be no different. So who is he? TBR Football takes a look at the latest Swedish striker to be on the radar of some of Europe’s biggest clubs.
Who is Kevin Filling?
Filling is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a forward for AIK Fotboll.
Filling began his youth career with IK Franke before joining Västerås SK in 2019. He moved to AIK’s academy ahead of the 2023 season and was promoted to the senior team in 2025.
He’s made big waves on his debut, scoring in a 3-0 victory, and has since gone on to score two more at senior club level.
What position does he play?
Filling is an out-and-out right-footed centre-forward. He stands at six feet, according to Transfermarkt. Tall for his age, there’s no saying the striker couldn’t mould into a Viktor Gyokeres-esque forward.

How old is he?
Filling is 16 years old. He was born in Västerås, Sweden, on the 30th November 2008. Interestingly, he also has Senegalese citizenship.
Is he any good?
Time will tell, but at his age, to be playing senior football at any level is a monumental feat. It’s no surprise he’s on the radar of big clubs already.
Are any other clubs interested?
TBR Football Chief correspondent Graeme Bailey revealed that Tottenham asked about him in the summer. Newcastle and Leeds also showed interest.
