Real Betis have reportedly made a €25 million offer for Arsenal target Rayan.
The 19-year-old Vasco da Gama forward has attracted significant interest from several top European clubs, including Arsenal.
Reports in Brazil have suggested that the Gunners recently scouted Rayan during Vasco’s 2-0 win over Fluminense, with Mikel Arteta’s side said to have been impressed by what they saw.
Now, a fresh update has emerged.
According to NT Vascainos, La Liga side Real Betis have submitted a €25 million bid to sign Rayan. However, the offer was immediately rejected, as Vasco da Gama are demanding a higher fee for their talented striker.
Meanwhile, the Brazilian club are keen to tie Rayan down to a new contract that would raise his release clause to around €70 million.
