Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is reportedly set to be handed around £100 million to spend during the upcoming January transfer window.
The Gunners enjoyed an impressive summer transfer window, investing around £250 million in eight new players. Arteta’s side have started the 2025/26 season in brilliant fashion — sitting top of the Premier League table, boasting maximum points in the Champions League, and progressing to the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup.
Yet Arsenal could be prepared to spend even more as the winter window approaches. Transfer insider IndyKaila reports on X that Arteta will have a staggering £100 million to spend in January as the club looks to bring major trophies back to north London.
Several high-profile players have already been linked with a potential move to the Emirates, including Bournemouth winger Antoine Semenyo, who has attracted significant interest from some of Europe’s elite clubs. However, any deal would likely be costly, with the Cherries reportedly valuing the Ghana international at around £100 million.
