Xabi Alonso has revealed that he is a fan of Piero Hincapie. Hincapie transferred on loan from Bayer Leverkusen this summer. Alonso had him as a player for three seasons in the Bundesliga, and knows the potential that Hincapie could have contributing to Arsenal.
He refers to him as a class defender and stated that he was great to work with. The two played together at Leverkusen. There, the center back gave his best and was an integral part of the club’s historical success.
