Arsenal striker Viktor Gyokeres was missing from the matchday squad for the 2-2 draw against Sunderland at the weekend.
In his press conference prior to the game on Friday, manager Mikel Arteta said that there was “no news” on how long the Swedish international would be out for.
Gyokeres was not named in the Sweden squad for their fixtures against Switzerland and Slovenia, so his return is not imminent.
It is believed that the 27-year-old picked up a hamstring injury against Burnley, and he has not been seen since he was forced off at halftime during the match at Turf Moor.
