Wilfried Singo: Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United send officials

Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal have Galatasaray’s Wilfried Singo on their radar for the winter market.

That’s according to Sabah, and they cover the Premier League trio’s interest in the 24-year-old.

Wilfried Singo joined the Turkish champions from AS Monaco for €30.8m at the end of August. He has quickly settled in at Galatasaray and already played nine matches so far.

Sabah says interest in the right-back, who can also operate as a centre-back, is growing. Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal are mentioned as his suitors.

It’s claimed the English clubs sent scouts to watch him live in action against Ajax last week. Galatasaray secured a 3-0 win in the Champions League and the Ivory Coast international played the full 90 minutes.

His performance had impressed Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal. According to the newspaper, these clubs will be knocking on the Istanbul club’s door in January.

In the meantime, officials from Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal will continue to monitor the defender closely against Royale Union Saint-Gilloise and AS Monaco.

Wilfried Singo’s contract lasts until 2030, and the report states it includes a €60m clause. Last month, another report from Sabah explained Aston Villa had followed the Ivorian. They also reported Galatasaray want €50m to sanction his sale.
