Arsenal are reportedly yet to hold talks with manager Mikel Arteta over extending his contract at the club.
The 43-year-old’s current deal runs until the summer of 2027, meaning he is set to enter the final 18 months of his contract.
Now, a fresh update has emerged regarding Arteta’s future.
According to the Daily Mirror, contract discussions between Arteta and the club are yet to begin. The Spaniard previously waited until the final year of his deal before agreeing an extension to remain in north London.
